Holiday Season 2009 - HOW YOU CAN HELP
2009 has been an especially difficult year for many. We want to assist as many families as possible with Christmas gifts for their children.
Sharing Life needs your help for our holiday programs to be successful. We do not have a budget for these programs. Each gift we give to a needy child comes from a special donor just like you! Below you will find a list of the most needed items for Holiday Faire 2009. Our goal for 2009 is to serve 1100 low income children and their families.
*** Large or small, your gift is important!***
MOST NEEDED ITEMS:• NEW UNWRAPPED TEEN GIFTS (such as electronics, watches, billfolds, cosmetics)
• INFANT GIFTS
• NEW UNWRAPPED TOYS (INFANTS—11)
• NEW SOCKS AND UNDERWEAR (ALL SIZES)
• DIAPERS
• WRAPPING PAPER, TAPE & BOWS
• FOOD FOR OUR PANTRY
• FINANCIAL GIFTS
• VOLUNTEERS
• GROCERY STORE GIFT CARDS
Donations of grocery store gift cards are one of the most effective ways you can give to our holiday program. Such donations allow us to honor the traditions and culture of every client family for their Christmas meal. In keeping with our policy of always providing dignified service, we believe the ability to shop for the ingredients for their own traditional meal is the way to go. Please remember us the next time you shop!
